From Orlando – (approximately 1 hour)

From the Orlando Airport, take the "Beeline Expressway" (Highway 528, a toll road) west to Interstate 4 (I-4). Travel west about 30 miles to exit 41, route 570 (a toll road). Travel south on route 570 about 17 miles to Florida Avenue ($3.00 tolls). Turn SOUTH (left). Go South 4 miles to Shepherd Rd. Turn right (West) on Shepherd Rd. Go 1 mile to 2nd traffic light. (A Citgo gas station is located at the corner of Shepherd Rd and Imperial Parkway). Turn left (South) onto Imperialakes Blvd (First road to the left). Turn right into the south end of the Imperialakes Realty building parking lot. The name of our office is AUGUST IMPERIAL MANAGEMENT.

From Tampa-(approximately 1 hour)

From the Tampa Airport take Interstate 275 (I-275) North about 5 miles to Interstate 4 (I-4). Go EAST toward Orlando. Get off I-4 at exit 27, Route 570, Toll Road (about 20 miles). Exit off at Florida Ave. (Rte 37). Turn SOUTH (right). Go South 4 miles to Shepherd Rd. Turn right (West) on Shepherd Rd. Go 1 mile to 2nd traffic light.
